Looking for a creative after-school hangout? Join us Wednesdays 4-6pm
Teen Makers' Lounge is all about trying new things, making cool stuff and hanging out with other creative makers at the Painted Door Creative Hub.
Geared toward ages 13–17, but we're flexible! Younger or older makers who feel at home here are welcome, too.
Each Wednesday session brings a different creative project, with all materials, snacks and drinks included.
No experience needed. No weekly commitment. Just come create!

Nov 4: Slime Bar
Mix up your own slime with simple ingredients, then customize it with colour and your choice of fun fixings!
Nov 11: Junk Journaling
Get creative with paper, stickers and all kinds of fun bits and pieces. The crazier, the better!
Nov 18: Fantasy Desk Light
Create your own fantasy desk light and customize it at the accessory bar with guest host Noodle Art!
Nov 25: Lip Balm Making
Mix and customize your very own organic lip balms!

Only 8 spots per night! All materials, snacks and drinks included.
Minimum Registration: Each Lounge night requires at least 4 makers. If we don't reach our minimum 48 hours beforehand, we may have to cancel. You can transfer to another available night or receive a full refund.
Creative Flexibility: Occasionally, we may switch up a featured project. If we do, we'll replace it with something just as awesome or even better because we're feeling guilty!
Before Your First Visit: Parents or guardians must complete our Youth Participant Form before their maker's first Lounge night. You only need to complete it once unless something changes.
Community Maker Spots
We want more young makers to have the chance to create! Community Maker Spots are available for families who may find registration costs a barrier. No proof, explanations or awkward questions.

Finding Us
The Painted Door Creative Hub is in the same building as Painted Door on Main, with its own entrance at the back. Limited rear parking and street parking are available. From Main Street, walk around the north side of the building.
