Shipping policy
IN STORE
When you select in store pickup, please wait until you have received an email notifying you that your order is ready. We do our very best to get to in store pickups as soon as possible, but during our busy seasons that may be after the store is closed. Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days.
ORDER DISCREPANCIES
From time to time on the website it will say we have something in stock and when we go to fulfill your order it may be out of stock. If this situation occurs, we will contact you right away to find a replacement or inform you when we expect a restock. Worst case scenario, we will give you a refund for the item.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days and shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. You can refer to Canada Post for more details on shipping times. Please note that during holiday seasons, shipping delays may occur and it is out of our hands.
