Ingredients: 100% grass fed beef tallow, organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, organic beeswax, pure eucalyptus, peppermint, lavender, clove, and frankincense essential oils
Instructions: Massage a small amount of balm on your chest, to the bottoms of your feet, on your neck (just below your ears), and under your nose.
